DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts / Purchasing
• Purchase ledger invoice entry
• Sales ledger invoice entry
• Matching fuel receipts to invoices
• Entering data onto spreadsheets for items being repaired
• Logging all damages and losses of hire stock and charging for them
• Entering data on to the stock control system from purchase invoices
• Liaising with sites about requirements
• Hiring equipment for site and tracking the hire contracts

General Admin

• Answering the telephone and directing calls to the appropriate person/s
• Dealing with queries either by phone or email
• Complete photocopying, binding and typing when required
• Other general admin duties when required

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
• Excellent numerical, written and interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills
