First Line Support / Second Line Support / Active Directory / Exchange Admin Centre / Virtualisation
I am recruiting for an excellent IT Support Technician for a long-term contract to be based in the Golden Triangle, Cheshire. This contract will run for an initial 12 months with a high likelihood of extension.
You will be joining a team of 4, who support the infrastructure across around 500 employees, so it is important that you are a strong all-rounder and that you are happy working to sometimes versatile responsibilities.
Key skills and experience include;
- Experience of 1st & 2nd Line Support
- Active Directory, DHCP Scope, DNS, Group Policy etc
- Exchange Admin Centre
- MS Office, MS Access
- MS Windows to the latest versions
- Good Networking knowledge, TCP/IP, OSI Network Layers, LAN/WAN
- Experience with virtual environments or of virtualization
This role can start immediately, will run for an initial 12 months, however is highly likely to extend even further. Rates will be paid hourly, depending on skills and experience and at circa £15 - £20/hr.
